Restoration Consultant – Minnesota

We are looking for individuals with a PROVEN TRACK-RECORD in sales and looking for UNCAPPED income potential! We offer the opportunity to work with excellent office support staff, claims negotiation staff and a solid estimating and production team, in addition to utilizing integrated technologies. The quality of our work is set at an above industry-standard leaving customers happy and making it easier for you to generate referrals!

What you will be doing:

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and the internal team to complete claims and projects
  • Proactively communicate internally with your Department Head, your inside sales support team, your claims management team, your marketing team and with your client base, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service and fulfillment
  • Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership
  • Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM), social media and lead tracking applications; additionally, updating client information daily
  • Be responsible for individual lead-generation and follow-up
  • Other duties as assigned


What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to/from the office and throughout the Minneapolis metro area with a reliable personal vehicle
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and consistent work ethic
  • A team-player in an environment where communication & collaboration are key to driving success
  • Personally driven, motivated and can work extremely well independently
  • Extremely organized, task oriented and consistent follow-through
  • Proficient: Microsoft Office Products: Word, Outlook
  • Strong time management skills
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and a self-starter
  • Bi-lingual can be a huge plus but not required
