HR & Training Manager

My goal is to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member:

  • -Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • -Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • -Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
  • -Prepare, schedule, and deliver training materials, presentations, and individual and group training sessions
