The sales team that worked up front with the selection process were great. Kevin and his team that completed the actual work were fantastic. Constant updates and communication with us on the project. We always knew what was happening and when it would take place. They were great at cleaning up at the end of each day and making sure that we were fully satisfied along the way. Had a couple of issues with the product provided by the window manufacturer, but PCS quickly jumped on it, contacted the manufacturer and got us replacement windows.
