"We were not aware that a recent storm damaged our roof and windows before PCS Residential approached us and offered to inspect our house to see if it is been affected by the storms like most of our neighbors had been. After inspecting our roof and windows, they determined that our roof and some of the windows are indeed damaged by the storms and suggested that we contact our insurance company. Our insurance company did their own inspection and agreed that our roof and several windows need to be replaced and that we should proceed with filling a property damage claim. Having to file a home insurance claim of this magnitude for the first time, we were overwhelmed. But, luckily, PCS was there to guide us throughout the whole process - navigate the insurance claim, educate us about the whole process, and help us pick style/color of materials.
