ASSOCIATION MANAGER
We had PCS replace a roof on our town home units. In 2020 they previously did 6 units and all owners were very satisfied. PCS won the bid to do the 2022 roofing work and we were very glad to have them back based on previous experiences. The roofs were done to our quality standards. Josh was our PCS Site Manager. He was very professional and at site continuously during the work. The cleanup was well done. No plants or furniture were damaged. We have happy home owners.

I have to tell you and I probably did, these window Teams were the best group of contractors I have ever worked with. Kevin from PCS would bring Charlie treats everyday. He was an amazing project manager or on-site manager, whatever they call them. He came back numerous times to fix stuff himself. The contractors themselves were so conscientious and never left a mess.
