PCS Residential did an excellent job on our 9,000 sq ft contemporary home. It’s now beautiful! We had them install 117 windows and doors this winter and replace the metal parts of our rounded roof. Really top-notch service. They did an amazing job with our large windows. They’re staffed with incredibly helpful and easy to speak to people, and their genuine earnestness in how to do business with you is wonderfully refreshing. They cleaned up after the work very nicely too.
PCS and Vern especially did an excellent job on our large project. We replaced 90% of the windows in our home from hail damage and replaced all of the gutters. This was all done during the covid insanity and Vern and his crew took extra attention to make the process as comfortable as possible for my family. The windows are beautiful and everything from the inside and outside looks better than before.

I would like to comment on the project PCS completed for our townhome Association. From start to finish they were excellent on their communication of the ongoing work being performed. We had hail damage to the roofs last year so they replaced the roof and gutters and our home owners are very pleased with how it turned out. They stayed on schedule, cleaned up after the work daily and were able to handle the curve balls thrown their way professionally.
